But because we don’t want to do without it in the other months either, we use the pickling method at the Peakini farmhouse in Untertauern. We prefer to process our herbs into juices and syrups – so you can enjoy the taste of summer at any time of the year. In our vending machine in the entrance area you can easily take Peakini provisions to take home.
